How long in advance do I need to order from you?

All orders need to be placed at least 3 days before the order fulfilment date.

Delivery Charges

We offer self-pick up from our store or delivery option.

Standard Delivery (at least 3 business day in advance) : $15/ trip

Same day Delivery: $30/trip

*Free delivery for order $80 and above!

If you’d like to self-pick-up your order, kindly select the ‘Pick-Up in Store’ option upon checkout. Our team will contact you directly on the date and time for collection.Unless otherwise communicated, all orders are to be collected from our store located at:

Please note that collections are available by appointment only, and our store is not open for walk-in purchases. As such, kindly adhere to your pre-selected self-collection date and time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we are able to accept the following modes of payment

-Cash on Delivery

-PayNow

-Bank Transfer

When do I have to make payment?

Please note that only paid orders are confirmed and full payment is required to secure your order. All payments are to be made and notified of via email within 24 hours upon receiving our invoice and confirmation email.
Your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the time frame given.

What is your cancellation policy?

- Full refund for orders cancelled with notice of more than 7 days prior to delivery date

-50% cancellation fee for orders cancelled with notice of more than 3 days prior to delivery date.

-No refund for orders cancelled less than 3 days to delivery date

Disclaimer

Please  ensure that delivery address is correct and specific.

 

Please ensure that permission from relevant authorities and arrangement in relation to the delivery of balloons have been granted and made before the scheduled delivery date.

We will appreciate clear instruction for delivery and specific location of delivery to be given to ensure a smooth delivery process.

No refunds will be given if the balloons orders are turned away by any related parties.

 

Redelivery due to inaccurate information given or no show will incur a $20 re-delivery fee. 

Redelivery will be subjected to our schedule and availability.

At DLoonatics, we will ensure that all balloons are in order before delivery, hence no refund or replacement will be given if products have been misused, mishandled after a successful delivery.
